Our coaches
ADAM MORETTI
FOUNDER
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Adam is an accomplished soccer professional holding a UEFA A License and an English FA Level 4 Talent Identification certificate. He began his coaching career with the Port Melbourne Sharks, a prominent club in Australia’s National Premier Leagues (NPL), the second tier of professional soccer in the country. Adam honed his coaching skills and contributed significantly to the development of youth players into senior professionals.

Adam transitioned into a Leadership role and became Chairman of the Port Melbourne Sharks, where he successfully managed player signings and contracts, oversaw the club’s day-to-day operations, and fostered the development of young talent through the Junior academy. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the club’s growth and success both on and off the field.

​In 2022, Adam expanded his soccer portfolio by acquiring a stake in a club in England’s seventh division, aiming to guide the club’s ascent through the football pyramid.
trey mitchell iii
COACH
​Trey Mitchell III is currently playing striker/forward for AEK Athens F.C. in the Greek Super League. Trey brings over three years of international experience, having competed against top academy teams in Greece, France, and Switzerland.
In the 2023-2024 season, he played for Thonon Evian Grand Genève U18 and PSG Academy Pro, and played a key role with Seattle United 2006 ECNL. Prior to joining AEK Athens, he honed his skills at the International Center of European Football (ICEF) in France. Trey has also participated in trials with prestigious clubs and the Olympic Development Program.

Trey will be with Elite Eleven during his summer break before he heads back overseas to prepare for the 25-26 season with AEK Athens.
SANTINO MIGUEL
COACH
Born and raised in Sammamish, Washington, Santino brings local roots and a broad range of playing experience to his coaching. He spent several years with Crossfire Premier’s ECNL program before playing a season with Bellevue Rush. He then joined Eastside FC’s U19 ECNL team, following his longtime coaches.
His development includes international training at Club Atlético River Plate’s youth academy in Argentina, where he spent several weeks alongside players who have since debuted in Argentina’s top division.
Santino attends Seattle University, where he is studying at the Albers School of Business and Economics while staying active in the game and continuing to develop as a coach.
BO PEARSON
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH
Bo Pearson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, since 2015.
Through Bronson Performance, he's worked with hundreds of amateur and professional athletes and military service members in the greater Seattle area. Prior to EC, Bo was the S&C coach for Eastside FC 06/07 ECNL and Ballard FC. At Volt Athletics, over 500+ high school and college soccer teams have put their trust in his expertise. Bo played college baseball at Pacific Lutheran University, where he earned his degree in Exercise Science and Sport Psychology.
